5. Refunds & Guarantee

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

Our performance guarantee (e.g., “20% increase in bookings within 60 days or we continue working free until achieved”) applies only if explicitly stated in your signed service agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lost profits, lost bookings, or indirect damages

Service interruptions, errors, or AI misinterpretations

Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to SummitDesk AI in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SummitDesk AI, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any applicable law

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services at any time if:

Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due immediately.
